Shipping Policy – Namz Bakehouse

All orders on our website are taken in advance as all our cakes are made fresh on order especially for you. We take orders minimum 24 hours in advance. The website does not allow next day ordering after 12 noon, we do have an option for urgent ordering in our “contact us” section.

We do not have any delivery time slots during the day and the delivery timing depends on customers preferred timings. However, our delivery is between 9 am to 9 pm every day with a cut off time kept at 9 pm for the last delivery.  The order will be delivered anytime between the time slots chosen on a best effort basis. We cannot guarantee the delivery time since we are depending on third parties. You can choose to pick up the order from our location if there is time sensitivity involved.

If you are placing an order for someone else kindly ensure they are informed and we are given their contact details. In the event, it is a surprise order for someone please ensure you put in their’s as well as your own contact numbers for our delivery agent’s to be able to contact either in the case of any issue with location or accepting of delivery.

In case of inclement traffic or weather conditions or festival dayss leading to enhanced traffic, we might face unforeseen delays. We will ensure to keep you posted in any such scenario. We seek your understanding & co-operation in such circumstances.
