Refund Policy – Namz Bakehouse

The order’s placed though our website can be cancelled up to two days or 48 hours before delivery/pickup date.  We charge 5% cancellation charges for any kind of cancellation subject to our being informed within given timelines. One day or 24 hours prior cancellation will lead to 50% cancellation charges being levied.

We at Namz Bakehouse prepare all cakes fresh and especially for you, hence a same day cancellation is not allowed. We regret for same day cancellation we are not able to provide any refund.

Kindly do reach out to us during our operational hours, (Mon – Sun, 10 am to 8 pm) to inform regarding cancellations.

Refund amount will be credited to the customers account within 6-7 business days post the cancellation.

Kindly note that in any kind of unforeseen & unexpected circumstances, Namz Bakehouse reserves the right to cancel your order within 48 hours of the delivery/pick up time. In such a scenario, we will refund you 100%. Also we will endeavour to notify our customers timely in such cases.
